Privacy

This site is run by Chris Tran, operating as Unstoppable Guild, based in Singapore. This page explains what data the site collects and what happens to it. Last updated: October 10, 2026.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages get read and where visitors come from. This collects standard analytics signals: pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type. It is used only to improve the site.

Advertising pixels

For most visitors, the site loads advertising tags from LinkedIn, X, and Google. These let me show ads later to people who visited this site (retargeting) and measure whether those ads work.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these advertising tags are not loaded at all. Consent settings default to denied for those regions, so no advertising cookies are set and no ad-audience data is collected about you.

Embedded content

Some pages embed content from third parties: YouTube videos, the Substack newsletter signup, Senja testimonials, and Tally forms. When you view a page with an embed, that provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, the same as if you visited their site directly.

Forms and email

If you join the waiting list, the form on this site sends your answers to the job board’s server (jobs.christran.gg), where I store them and use them to contact you about coaching. If the newsletter box on that form is ticked when you submit, you opt in to the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you subscribe to the newsletter directly, Substack handles your email under its own policy. I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

The jobs board

jobs.christran.gg is a related site with its own privacy notice, published there.
